Cuddigan Law is AWESOME!! I'd been fighting with SSA since I had an unknown aneurysm ruptured in my head in May 2022 that left me with injuries & unable to work. Just want to thank the law firm at CUDDIGAN LAW. Atty Sean Cuddigan and his staff are great at what they do. Dealing with the process of filing for V A Disability compensation was a nightmare for me. The V A case manager Mike Morsite and now David Vrudney understood my situation and offered a listening ear and accepted my case. In July 2025, I met with Kim Schram to begin the process of filing for Social Security Disability (SSD). I was told the process could take up to 18 months, depending on whether my initial application was denied and required an appeal. I was paired with Sarah, who was very understanding and offered any help or support I needed. Even though some of the steps made me anxious, I followed through and completed everything that was asked of me. By December 2025, I received the news that I had been approved for Social Security benefits. It was reassuring to know that the process took less than six months, far quicker than expected. I would like to speak from the heart on this.. I started this journey for disability about 2 years ago; my case was complex, and far from a typical disability case. I was getting mixed answers from doctors and my physical and emotional pain was so overwhelming I needed someone to fight for me! I needed the BEST to fight for me! I started with Sara Spindler as she guided me through the process, words can not properly express how amazing and sincere this woman is.. I never felt alone, she made me feel as part of a special family.
